Cool, nice hoop! Lils do you remember when we were super into that at Machida? We'd do it for hours after dinner.
Good for you! 100 push ups wow! Try 100 ab exercises as well. I do that a couple times a week after my run. I break it up into 20's. 20 crunches, 20 leg raises, 20 bicycle, 20 side plank lifts etc.
